SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to all locations within the United States. Regrettably, we are currently unable to ship internationally. Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS. We only ship Tuesday - Friday. Any order placed after 2pm on Friday, will not go out until the following Tuesday.
RETURN PROCESS
At Pierce and Belle at Home, our 14-day return policy supports our dedication to customer satisfaction and high-quality inventory. We pride ourselves on offering new and unique items daily to cater to clients who value quality over quantity. The 14-day return window enables customers to assess their purchases thoroughly, ensuring their complete satisfaction while helping us maintain a fresh inventory through quick exchanges.
Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return.
The following items are FINAL SALE:
- Sale items
- Jewelry/Accessories - INCLUDING Sunglasses
- All seasonal/holiday items
- Leggings & Bralettes
- Food Items Including Skinny Syrups
For returns, please make sure the items are in perfect condition. We can't accept returns with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smells, or any stains of any kind.
You can return items either in-store or by mail. All returns will be processed for store credit that can be used either in-store or online, and the credit will never expire. To kick off the return process using our return portal, Re:do, just click here.
INSTANT EXCHANGES
Looking to make an exchange instead of a return? No problem! Exchanges are available in-store or by mail. You have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange eligible items. With our returns platform, you can easily select the items you want to return and the new ones you'd like to receive. Your store credit will automatically apply to the exchange, and any remaining balance will need to be covered. If you exchange for something of lesser value, you'll get store credit for the difference. Your new items will be shipped out once the exchange is confirmed.
Please remember, for instant exchanges, there will be a temporary $1 hold on your credit or debit card as a security measure. This hold will be released once the return items are received at our store. You'll have 3 days from submitting the exchange to mail back your return items using the provided return label in re:do. If you miss the 3-day deadline, your payment method will be charged for the newly exchanged items.

ABOUT RE:DO
Here's important information about our partnership with RE:DO, a third-party returns portal. As you proceed through the checkout process, you will notice a nominal charge of $2.48 automatically added to your cart. It's worth noting that you do have the option to remove this charge at checkout. This non-refundable fee from RE:DO enables the provision of 'unlimited returns' for your order, meaning they will provide as many return labels as needed, without any additional charge beyond the initial $2.48.
Should you have selected the $2.48 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the time of checkout, returning your package will not incur an additional cost. You will have the option to request a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our return center at no extra charge.
It is essential to underscore that RE:DO still adheres to our return policy as outlined above.
In the event that RE:DO is not your preferred option, you will still be able to engage in our regular returns process and purchase a label from them with discounted shipping rates, ultimately saving you valuable time and money.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
- Things happen during shipment, or we are simply human and make errors! Let's fix it.

Accidental Order
Please be advised that "accidental orders" will be treated as a standard return in accordance with our return policy. As a result, customers who place accidental orders will be eligible to receive store credit only.
It's important to note that, as a small business, we incur charges for credit card transactions. Treating accidental orders as returns and offering store credit enables us to manage these costs effectively and continue offering quality products and services to our valued customers.
